The Phantom Merch Store is our official collection of apparel, accessories, and collectibles inspired by crypto culture and the Phantom community. Now available in the US.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at phantom@gemnote.com, and we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak periods, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
No, we do not currently ship internationally. Phantom Merch is only available for purchase in the US.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays in the destination country
If your tracking number shows no movement for 5 days, please contact us at phantom@gemnote.com and we’ll assist you.
Most of our apparel uses unisex sizing and runs true to size. For a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. For a more tailored fit, consider sizing down.

Yes, unless otherwise noted. We design most products with a comfortable unisex fit.
We accept returns and exchanges on US orders only within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Final sale items, worn or washed items, and returns submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email phantom@gemnote.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Yes, exchanges are available for eligible US orders within 30 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at phantom@gemnote.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right and provide return instructions.
Please contact us with your tracking number, and we’ll investigate and assist with reshipment.
Most Phantom merch is released in limited quantities. If something sells out, it may not return. Follow us on social to stay up to date on restocks and future drops.
